Gerard Postec – Founder, Principal
Gerard founded Meltec Solutions, a customer-focused organization that manages and solves critical business problems using data and analytics. Sandy brings more than 35 years of experience in cross functional IT professional, with over 20 years in leading and designing applications for Life Sciences related organizations. He has in-depth knowledge of business processes from clinical to sales and marketing. He is an expert on pharma and vaccines related datasets. Prior to Life Sciences, Sandy spent 10+ years designing and developing near real-time applications for law enforcement, fire departments and EMS organizations.
DW Architecture - ETL
Samira Kendall – ETL Architect
Samira has 15 years of IT industry experience and she joined Meltec in 2013 and now she is working as ETL Architect/Team lead. She has successfully implemented complex projects along with addressing the rapidly changing business needs. She worked closely with reporting team to cater to their needs and deliver leading edge, business solutions. She has extensive experience in ETL Informatica PowerCenter, Databases, SQL, PL/SQL programming, Control-M and Unix Shell scripting. In past, she played a Technical Project lead roles for various companies like Pharmaceutical, Retail and Banking businesses.
Project Management
Lynnet Giordado – Project Lead, PMP
Lynnet joined Meltec in 2018 as a Project Lead. She collaborates with leadership and business teams to ensure that IT is aligned with the business objectives. Lyn is a milestone driven project manager who delivers her projects on time and within budget. She leverages her project management and testing expertise to guide her team on all aspects of her projects. She led Project activities within the Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) work stream and provided Testing and TCoE subject matter expertise. Facilitated interviews and working sessions to complete 100 assessments of testing teams across five US businesses and six Corporate Centers.
Erinson Longer – Business Development Manager
Erinson joined Meltec in 2017 and has worked as a Business Analyst supporting Information Technology and Solutions. She has worked directly with business users, stakeholders and developers through all phases of the IT project lifecycle and has a deep understanding of true business needs. She has understanding of the Pharmaceutical industry supply chain with Analyzing the queries with technical teams to debug and rectify issues within Salesforce alignment tool that drives call activities, incentive compensation and reporting for over 500 Sanofi Pasteur and VaxServe sales representatives.
User Experience and Interface Design
Joel Gabele – UX/UI Design Lead
Joel joined Meltec in 2018 with a background in Visual Art .She has been working to implement a more refined/modernized look and feel to each product developed. She has worked directly with Developers and Leads to thoroughly achieve all visual expectations as well as document key milestones of visual development. Since starting, she has worked to fully understand the overall user functionality of MSTR as well as becoming certified in MSTR for various user roles.
Joel also has experience from a reporting and documentation perspective with experience in business tools such as ADP and WePay.
